How do I make a Japanese voice over from text?

Which voices can read Japanese?

All 12 of them, women's and men's, each described by its delivery: warm, calm, deep, clear.

Can a whole film be narrated in Japanese?

Yes. Choose Japanese as the voice-over language in Motion Design: the narration is written in Japanese and read in it, and the words on screen stay as you wrote them. AI Shorts can be written and voiced in Japanese too.

How much does a Japanese voice over cost?

Can I dub a whole video into Japanese instead?
